US Bancorp Posts Upbeat Earnings, Joins Aehr Test Systems, Hancock Whitney And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 150 points on Wednesday.

Shares of U.S. Bancorp USB shares rose during Wednesday's session following a second-quarter earnings beat.

Revenue stood at $6.867 billion (-4.3% Y/Y), beating the consensus of $6.795 billion. Adjusted earnings per share totaled 98 cents, beating the consensus of 94 cents, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

U.S. Bancorp shares gained 4.7% to $45.34 on Wednesday.

• Aehr Test Systems AEHR shares jumped 16.4% to $19.60 after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 financial results and issued FY25 revenue guidance above estimates. • The Honest Company, Inc. HNST shares rose 14% to $4.0350.
• GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc. GFS surged 12.7% to $61.36.
• Stardust Power Inc. SDST rose 11.1% to $11.11.
• Bloom Energy Corporation BE gained 9.4% to $16.50 after the company announced a strategic partnership with CoreWeave.
• fuboTV Inc. FUBO gained 9.1% to $1.5610
• GitLab Inc. GTLB shares climbed 8.4% to $54.92 following a report suggesting the company is exploring a sale.
• SunCar Technology Group Inc. SDA rose 8.2% to $9.14.
• Bloom Energy Corporation BE gained 8% to $16.27 after the company announced a strategic partnership with CoreWeave.
• V.F. Corporation VFC rose 7.8% to $15.35 after the company announced it entered into a Stock and Asset Purchase Agreement to sell its Supreme brand to EssilorLuxottica for $1.5 billion in cash.
• Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. NIC surged 7.4% to $100.14 following upbeat quarterly earnings.
• Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM) shares rose 5.6% to $67.93. Cal-Maine Foods is scheduled to release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2024 financial results on Tuesday, July 23.
• UTime Limited WTO gained 5.5% to $1.0262.
• Hancock Whitney Corporation HWC rose 5.3% to $56.51 following upbeat second-quarter results.
• Bristol-Myers Squibb Company BMY gained 5.2% to $43.40.
