Sycamore has already acquired a 9.9% stake in Express, according to a regulatory filing. InterCloud Systems ICLD shares rose 21.36% to $7.50 after the company announced that it has become a VMware VMW partner and has opened a new sales office in New England. Aegis Capital initiated Intercloud Systems with a Buy rating. Yelp YELP climbed 10.28% to $72.61 following the report of OpenTable OPEN bid by Priceline PCLN. Multi-Color LABL gained 9.30% to $38.43 after the company reported Q4 earnings of $0.68 per share on revenue of $193.50 million. LiveDeal LIVE shares gained 8.42% to $4.12 after Priceline agreed to buy OpenTable. Conatus Pharmaceuticals CNAT shares rose 5.84% to $8.16 after tumbling 18.67% on Thursday. Groupon GRPN climbed 4.33% to $6.27 after Priceline announced its plans to buy OpenTable for $2.6 billion. China Digital TV Holding Co STV shares increased 4.23% to $3.94 after the company announced its plans to buy stake in Tongda.
