Michael Lambert, Inc. Undertakes Change in Control and Commences New Business Operations

HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - August 17, 2009) - Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company, Inc.
("MHYS" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MHYS) announced that it has effectuated a
name change from Michael Lambert, Inc. in conjunction with its change in
control and new business focus. Pursuant to the name change the Company's
symbol was changed to MHYS. In addition, the Company effectuated a 3 for 1
forward stock split of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock
effective with a record date of June 23, 2009 and a payable date of August
5, 2009.

Pursuant to the change in control, Joseph Meuse resigned as President and
sole member of the Board of Directors of the Company and DANIEL GRODNIK was
appointed as the new President, CEO, CFO and Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Company. Mr. Grodnik has worked AS A PRODUCER in the
movie industry for almost thirty years. He has served as the Chairman and
CEO of the National Lampoon during its heyday, a publicly traded
entertainment company. Currently, he is in prep on "Carjacked" starring
Ron Perlman and DIRECTED BY PETER MEDAK and "The Courier," an action film
directed by Russell Mulcahy. Mr. Grodnik JUST COMPLETED a romantic comedy
titled, "Overnight," and is in development on new theatrical films with
two-time Academy Award winner for Best Picture ("The Godfather" and
"Million Dollar Baby") Albert S. Ruddy.

The Company also changed its business plan such that it is now an
innovative motion picture studio that produces branded young adult film
content for theatrical, DVD, and television distribution. Mass Hysteria's
plan is to produce a minimum of three theatrical films annually that appeal
specifically to the youth market.
