QLT Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ: QLTI) was upgraded by RBC Capital Markets today from Sector Perform to Outperform. Price target increased from $4.50 to $6. QLTI is now trading at $4.68, 3.96% up. In the last trading session, QLTI made a new high at $4.55. So far in 2009, QLTI gained over 85%.
Prudential Public Limited Company (ADR) (NYSE: PUK) fell 4.32% to $20.81 in the morning trading session. Today Citigroup upgraded PUK to Buy from Hold. PUK also made a new high at $21.82 in the last trading session. In the last six months, PUK gained over 50%.
Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) decreased 2.44% to $42.82 in the morning trading hours. Caris & Company upgraded TIF from Above Average to Buy. In the last six months, TIF gained over 50%.
CGI Group Inc. (USA) (NYSE: GIB) was downgraded by Scotia Capital to Sector perform from Sector Outperform. Now, GIB is down 5% at $12.19. The 52-week trading range for GIB is $6.65 - $13.47.
ABB Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: ABB) also fell 4.84% to $18.28 after HSBC Securities downgraded ABB Ltd to Neutral from Overweight. In the last six months, ABB gained over 10%.
Eurobancshares Inc. (NASDAQ: EUBK) was today downgraded by Keefe Bruyette to Market Perform from Outperform. The 52 week trading range for EUBK is $0.38 - $3.
First State Bancorp., NM (NASDAQ: FSNM) was also downgraded by Keefe Bruyette to Market perform from Outperform and also reduced its price target from $3 to $1. Yesterday, FSNM closed at $0.570.
