U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining more than 100 points on Thursday.
Shares of Maze Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAZE) rose sharply during Thursday's session after the company reported clinical results from its Phase 1 healthy volunteer study of MZE782. The company secured $150 million in oversubscribed private placement.
Maze Therapeutics shares jumped 47.7% to $23.67 on Thursday.

- Opendoor Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:OPEN) shares jumped 53.2% to $8.98 after the company announced that Kaz Nejatian was appointed chief executive officer and that co-founders Keith Rabois and Eric Wu are returning to the board of directors.
- Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE:OXM) surged 24.3% to $50.25 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter adjusted EPS results and raised its FY25 EPS guidance above estimates.
- PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE:PACS) gained 21.3% to $9.34. PACS Group was granted NYSE extension until Nov. 19 to complete financial restatement and regain compliance.
- Bitfarms Ltd. (NASDAQ:BITF) gained 19.7% to $2.0950.
- Circle Internet Group (NYSE:CRCL) rose 15.4% to $131.23. Canaccord Genuity analyst Joseph Vafi maintained Circle Internet Group with a Buy and maintained a $247 price target.
- VNET Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VNET) gained 14% to $9.05. VNET Group disclosed that the company has secured a 40MW wholesale order from a leading internet company for its new Gu’an IDC Campus, strategically located in the Greater Beijing Area.
- Centene Corporation (NYSE:CNC) rose 12.6% to $35.21 after the company backed its FY25 guidance, which was above consensus estimates.
- Tempus AI, Inc. (NASDAQ:TEM) gained 12.4% to $87.85 after the company announced it received FDA Special 510(K) clearance for its updated Tempus Pixel cardiac imaging platform.
- Synopsys Inc (NASDAQ:SNPS) rose 9.3% to $423.84.
- Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) gained 8.5% to $151.84. Citigroup analyst Christopher Danely maintained Micron with a Buy and raised the price target from $150 to $175.
- Duolingo Inc (NASDAQ:DUOL) surged 8.1% to $309.09.
- Stellantis NV (NYSE:STLA) rose 7.9% to $9.44.
- Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ:LRCX) gained 6.6% to $114.43.
