Shares of Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE: AMRC) rose sharply during Thursday's session after Jefferies upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $19 to $39.

Ameresco shares jumped 10.5% to $34.94 on Thursday.
