WNS Leaders Complete Harvard Business Publishing's Leadership Development Program

MUMBAI, INDIA--(Marketwire - August 18, 2009) - WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading
provider of global business process outsourcing (BPO) services, and Harvard
Business Publishing, the highly regarded publisher of premier management
content for academics, students, and professionals, today announced that
over 65 WNS senior managers completed a 12-month leadership development
program. This is one of the first such training collaborations in the
business process outsourcing industry.

The leadership development programs titled "The Leadership Series" and "The
Management Series" have been jointly developed by WNS and Harvard Business
Publishing and delivered by Harvard Business Publishing's Corporate
Learning Division. They are based upon Harvard Business Publishing's
'Leadership Direct' platform, a comprehensive virtual learning program on
leadership development topics, and 'Harvard ManageMentor®' a performance
support program to foster management skills. The program includes
interactive exercises designed to encourage active participation, practice
and assessment of new skills using classroom and online tools.

The convocation ceremony was held today in Mumbai and Eric Mankin, Senior
Director, Professional Services, Harvard Business Publishing, presented
"The Leadership Series" and "The Management Series" program completion
certificates.
