R. Bruce Dalglish established Alliance Hospice and All Caring Hospice in September 2005. Over the last decade, R. Bruce Dalglish has overseen the strategic direction and development of both hospice care companies while also serving as Principal at Wissahickon Partners. Earlier in his career, R. Bruce Dalglish served as Managing Director of Morse Partners Ltd., CA Equity Partners and Chestnut Partners. He has also held leadership positions with Bank of America; Magnatex Corporation; Dimeling, Schreiber and Dalglish, and Retail Options, LLC.

Mr. Dalglish received a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. R. Bruce Dalglish served on the Public Policy Committee of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) from 2008 to 2013, and also served on Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell's Transition Committee for the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System (SERS) and the Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS).
