VMW shares dipped 9.41 percent to $71.26 after Dell Inc agreed to buy EMC Corporation EMC in a deal valued at around $67 billion. VMware issued a strong Q3 forecast. Mid-Con Energy Partners LP MCEP dropped 3.89 percent to $3.21. FBR Capital downgraded Mid-Con Energy Partners from Outperform to Market Perform and lowered the price target from $6.00 to $4.00.
