Oppenheimer is upgrading Centene Corporation (NYSE:
CNC) to Outperform from Underperform and updating its 2010 and 2011 EPS estimates to $1.82 and $2.01 from $1.80 and $2.00, respectively.
It is also increasing its price target to $28 from $18.
CNC is trading higher at $22.24
