“Bearish” Bill Fleckenstein Feels Markets Are Unable To Rally Upwards On Good News
Bill Fleckenstein, who is known for his bearish market outlook, believes that market could get “rangy” and witness a sorting-out process.
By this he means that some stocks could trade higher, others lower and they wouldn’t trade so much in
lockstep, as they have for most part of this year since March. Bill added that markets have been unable to rally for a couple of months now on good news and feels that markets may be building a top, a process which takes some time.
