Oil is
continuing to climb towards $100 per barrel, which is bad for the airline stocks, like Delta (NYSE:
DAL) and Continental. It could mean higher airfares as a result.
I don't mind paying a little more, just don't stick me next to a fat woman or screaming baby, okay?
The
New York Times takes a look at the failed Airgas, Inc. (NYSE:
ARG) and Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:
APD) merger. My guess why the merger failed? Airgas isn't exactly the sexiest name for a company. It sounds like a stinky joke.
