Eastman Kodak Up 14% (EK)

Eastman Kodak Company EK shares are off their pre-market highs, but are still up 14% on news that the company may be getting close to receiving royalty payments from Apple and Research in Motion for patent infringements. At last check, shares of Eastman Kodak were up 48 cents to $3.88, a gain of 14.1%.
