H.O.G.(R) Rallies With Big Rock to Raise Funds for Local Arts Charity

Big Rock Brewery Income Trust BR - When Big Rock Brewery heard that the Harley Owners Group(R) (more commonly referred to as H.O.G.(R)) was coming to Calgary for the 14th Canadian National H.O.G.(R) Rally, it only made sense that long-time brew - Warthog Ale - become part of the festivities. "We haven't hosted a large-scale event at the brewery for many years, so we are quite excited to have Harley-Davidson and their H.O.G.(R) members down for this exclusive event," says Shelagh McNally. The Warthog Untapped event will revolve around one main stage where Big Rock will showcase Untapped artists Matt Blais, Lindsay Ell, and The Lions. Big Rock's Untapped music program was initially created to provide new audiences for up-and-coming Canadian musicians who need a leg up to reach the next level of their careers. This brewery event is one more way of achieving that objective, while opening the gates to the public so that they can take a peek behind-the-scenes at Canada's leading craft brewery. Plus, in keeping with their long-time commitment to the arts community, Big Rock will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Calgary Animated Objects Society (CAOS).
