• Walgreen WAG reported better-than-expected fiscal first quarter earnings of $0.62, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.54, on revenues of $17.34 billion, that topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $17.29 billion

• Navistar International NAV reported fiscal third quarter results of $0.54, lower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.60, on revenues that rose 2.6% to $3.37 billion to beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.26 billion

• Nike NKE bested estimates with fiscal second quarter profits of $0.94 lower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.17, on a revenue increase of 9.9% to $4.8 billion, lower than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $5.165 billion. The firm has set sales growth of 11% for December through April, below analysts' expectations

• Cintas CTAS posted fiscal second quarter earnings of $0.38, matching the Zacks Consensus Estimate, as revenues rose 5.9% to $937 million, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $902 million

• Red Hat's RHT reported third quarter earnings of $0.20 above the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.14 as revenues rose 21% to $236 million, ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $228 million
