10 Stocks The Street Is Buying

By far one of my best screens in determining who is buying what on the street! What you will find are those stocks that, among other variables that I use, 1) Gaining an increased amount of coverage by brokerage firms and analysts, and 2) Being upgraded on a regular basis. This is a good screen to show you where the smart money is putting their capital to work at, without you having to actually ask them.

Oasis Petroleum Inc. (OAS) has put in a very nice bull flag at its highs, followed by an impressive doji hammer. Today's action shows price breaking out, and makes for an attractive risk/reward trade setup. The other stock that I'd pay close attention to is Interoil Corporation (IOC) which has been on a downtrend of late, but is finally breaking out above the descending resistance, and is looking to make a move into the lower $80's.
