TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (AMTD), a provider of securities brokerage services and technology-based financial services to retail investors and traders, said its daily client trades fell 6% last month from a year earlier and declined 3% from March. TD Ameritrade averaged 402,000 trades last month.

According to the Argentine presidency's press office, President Cristina Fernandez will announce a major shale oil discovery by the country's largest integrated oil and gas company, YPF SA (YPF). Warner Music Group Corp. (WMG), a music content company, said its fiscal second-quarter net loss widened to $38 million, or 25 cents a share, from a loss of $25 million, or 17 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. Warner Music Group is trading at a price of $8.19. Currently, the company has a Market capitalization (total value of a company in the stock market) of approximately 1.27B.
