Transocean study blames BP

The owner of the Deepwater Horizon rig that caught fire and exploded in the Gulf of Mexico last year largely blames oil giant BP (BP), which owned the well, for the disaster. Eleven rig workers died and an estimated 206 mil gallons of oil spewed into the Gulf.
