[UPDATE: FAKE?] Mac OS X Lion coming July 14th; iOS 5 coming September 7th

RazorianFly is reporting that it has been sent a PDF document for Apple Certified Technicians, detailing Mac OS X Lion and iOS 5. The document is mainly focused at informing technicians that they may not service unauthorized products that run on Mac OS X Lion and/or iOS 5. However, the “Apple Certified Technician Handbook” also gives release dates for the company's upcoming OS upgrades – Mac OS X Lion will be released to the Mac App Store on July 15th and iOS 5 will be released to iTunes on September 7th.

The document also mentions that the release of iOS 5 will be “in accordance with the iPhone 5 keynote,” obviously hinting that the next-generation iPhone will also be released sometime around iOS 5. The handbook was signed by Apple's chief operating officer (COO), Tim Cook.

Mac OS X Lion is the eight major release of Apple's Mac OS X operating system line and sports several new features: Mission Control, Launchpad, a new Mail, full-screen apps, Resume, and more. iOS 5 features Notification Center, iMessage, Newsstand, Reminders, system-level Twitter integration, PC free setup, and wireless syncing.

UPDATE: RazorianFly has posted an update stating that they are unable to confirm this document's legitimacy.
