JJR II Acquisition Inc.: Change of Nominees for Election as Director

JJR II Acquisition Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:JJR) hereby announces that, further to the disclosure in the management information circular of the Corporation dated August 7, 2009, it has been informed that Mr. Henry Leung has, for personal reasons, chosen not to stand for election as a director of the Corporation at the upcoming annual general and special meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation to be held on September 8, 2009. In place of Mr. Leung, management of the Corporation intends to nominate for election as a director of the Corporation Conway Kong Wai Lee at the meeting. Mr. Lee will be available to commence duties as a director of the Corporation on October 1, 2009 and, therefore, it will be proposed that he be elected for a term commencing on October 1, 2009 until the next annual general meeting of the Corporation.

Given this change, the four current directors of the Corporation will be nominated for re-election at the meeting as well as the following three new nominees:

Chen Ting (Tiger) of Guangzhou, China who is currently corporate secretary of Wellkan. Prior thereto, Mr. Chen was the Deputy General Manager, Investment Division for CITIC International Assets Management Limited, Hong Kong from July, 2006 to August, 2007. Prior thereto, Mr. Chen was Banking Services Vice President and Investment Director for London Asia Investment Banking Services. Mr. Chen graduated from the University of Leeds (UK) with a MSc in Information Systems, the University of Central Lancashire (UK) with a masters in Business Administration and from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (China) with a diploma in International Business.

Ding Xiaodong (Derek Dean) of Beijing, China who is currently a senior lawyer for Zong Heng Law Firm ("Zong Heng"), responsible for the operation and development of Zong Heng's legal practices in the securities and investment field. Prior thereto, Mr. Dean was a senior lawyer for Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorneys at Law from July 2001 to September 2005. Mr. Dean graduated from Law School of Beijing University with distinction and is experienced in the fields of securities, corporate finance and investment law.

Conway Kong Wai Lee of Beijing, China who is chartered accountant and currently a partner with Ernst & Young in China but will be leaving Ernst & Young on September 30, 2009 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lee graduated from Kingston University of Technology in London and further obtained his post graduate diploma at Curtin University of Technology in Australia and has held key leadership positions in the development of Ernst & Young in China. Mr. Lee is a member of the following professional organizations: the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Macao Society of Certified Public Accountants.
