On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Jenny Van Leeuwen Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management, LLC named Pfizer Inc. PFE as her final trade.

On Wednesday, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted for expanded usage recommendation for Merck & Co Inc's MRK and Pfizer's pneumococcal conjugate vaccines. The CDC panel has recommended lowering the pneumococcal vaccination age from 65 to 50 years old.

Joshua Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management named Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. LYV.

The company will release its third quarter financial results on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly earnings at $1.61 per share, down from $1.78 per share in the year-ago period. The company projects to report revenue of $7.8 billion, compared to $6.99 billion a year earlier.

On Thursday, JP Morgan analyst David Karnovsky maintained Live Nation Entertainment with an Overweight and raised the price target from $118 to $137.

  • Pfizer shares fell 0.8% to close at $28.64 during Thursday's session.
  • SPDR S&P Aerospace & Defense ETF slipped 0.9% during Thursday's session.
  • Live Nation Entertainment shares gained 1.5% to close at $116.45 on Thursday.
