Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the Eudemonia Conference in Palm Beach, an event focused on redefining wellness through innovative biohacking and psychedelic therapies. The conference brought together pioneers and enthusiasts exploring everything from life therapy and oxygen treatments to cutting-edge discussions on psychedelics, all within a setting that reflected the event’s Greek theme. Eudemonia—meaning “a life well-lived” in Greek—was a fitting name, as attendees shared ideas on how to live fuller, healthier lives while challenging conventional medical practices.
One of the highlights of my experience was creating a short five-minute video where I spoke with Bryan Johnson, a well-known figure in biohacking. Bryan and I discussed the transformative potential of psychedelic medicine, agreeing that it offers people a powerful way to break free from old, limiting patterns and build healthier lifestyles. This conversation underscored a core theme of the conference: embracing tools that promote mental and physical well-being, and recognizing psychedelics as pivotal elements in that journey.
I also joined Paul Austin, founder of Third Wave, on stage to dispel common myths surrounding psychedelics. Despite the promising research backing their benefits, psychedelics are often clouded by stigma and misconceptions. Paul and I aimed to clear the air by discussing the scientific evidence and emphasizing how psychedelics can help people with issues like mental health and addiction. With more awareness and education, we believe psychedelics can become widely accepted as tools for meaningful personal transformation.
The expo center was bustling with innovation, showcasing a range of wellness modalities. I had the chance to meet people from Biohack Lab Fort Lauderdale, learn about advanced life therapy techniques, and explore oxygen treatments designed to boost cognitive function and recovery. These exhibits displayed the wellness industry’s rapid evolution, offering diverse approaches to holistic health under one roof.
One thing that surprised me, however, was the lack of frequency-based medicine solutions—a modality I believe has immense potential. I am currently working on a film titled "Frequency," which features Dr. Joe Dispenza and other leading experts in this field. Our film explores how frequency-based devices can be used for healing, aligning the body’s natural rhythms for better health. Given how transformative these technologies are, I predict that in the coming years, frequency devices and services will become a major focus at future Eudemonia Conferences, just as biohacking and psychedelics are today.
Of course, as with any groundbreaking event, there was some criticism. A few attendees questioned whether the conference was too exclusive, suggesting that these advanced treatments might remain out of reach for the average person. I defended Eudemonia’s mission by drawing a comparison to cell phones—once seen as luxury items but now accessible to nearly everyone. As awareness and demand for neurohacking and wellness innovations grow, costs will decrease, making these treatments more widely available. The Eudemonia Conference is part of a larger movement pushing wellness technologies forward, and I believe the accessibility of these innovations will increase over time.
This event was a prime example of the American spirit of disruption and innovation. Where else but the U.S. could you find a biohacking conference in Palm Beach, challenging traditional healthcare norms and offering alternative pathways to wellness? The energy at Eudemonia reflected a desire for better, more holistic healthcare solutions that empower individuals, rather than relying solely on traditional models.
As I left the conference, I felt invigorated by the vision of a future where wellness includes both ancient practices and cutting-edge science. For anyone interested in health optimization and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, I wholeheartedly recommend attending the next Eudemonia Conference. It was a vibrant and eye-opening experience that offered a glimpse into what’s to come in wellness. If my predictions hold true, future conferences will showcase even more frequency-based technologies alongside psychedelics and biohacking—a convergence of therapies set to redefine healthcare.
