Ulta Beauty Posts Upbeat Results, Joins Asana, Lululemon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Friday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining more than 100 points on Friday.

Shares of Ulta Beauty, Inc. ULTA rose sharply during Friday’s session after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY24 outlook.

Ulta Beauty reported quarterly earnings of $5.14 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $4.54. Quarterly revenue came in at $2.53 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.5 billion and is an increase over sales of $2.49 billion from the same period last year.

Also, Telsey Advisory Group maintained an Outperform rating on the stock and raised its price target from $450 to $500.

Ulta Beauty shares jumped 10.4% to $433.76 on Friday.
