Starting January 31st, the vehicle will gain direct access to Tesla, Inc. Supercharger network, with no adapter required, giving it access to a charging infrastructure in the U.S. and Canada.
The SUV is equipped with a 926V powertrain and the ability to charge at up to 400 kW, the company said in a press release.
The company’s technology ensures compatibility with both 500V and 1000V charging networks, allowing customers to experience maximum charging speeds regardless of the charger they use.
At peak rates, the Lucid Gravity can add 200 miles of range in under 12 minutes. The Lucid Gravity is equipped with a 123 kWh battery and advanced thermal management systems to ensure reliable performance in various weather conditions, the company said.
With a low drag coefficient and collaboration with Panasonic on battery cell chemistry, the vehicle achieves an EPA-estimated range of up to 450 miles. Lucid has also integrated bi-directional charging, enabling the vehicle to charge other EVs.
Touring models are planned to be available to order in late 2025 from $79,900, while Grand Touring is available to order now from $94,900.
The company said that Lucid Air owners can expect similar access to Tesla’s Supercharger network starting in the second quarter of 2025.
