U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 0.1% on Wednesday.

Shares of Brinker International, Inc. EAT gained 12.8% to $174.33 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY25 guidance above estimates.

The company reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $2.80 beating the street view of $1.79. Quarterly sales of $1.358 billion outpaced the analyst consensus estimate of $1.240 billion.

Royal Caribbean Cruises shares climbed 6.2% to $251.48 on Tuesday.

  • NuScale Power Corporation SMR rose 9.2% to $22.89.
  • Stride, Inc. LRN surged 9% to $131.45 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and issued FY25 revenue guidance above estimates.
  • Oklo Inc. OKLO gained 8.7% to $37.10.
  • T-Mobile US, Inc. TMUS climbed 8.5% to $240.00 following better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
  • Synaptics Incorporated SYNA climbed 7.5% to $86.55 after the company signed a licensing agreement with Broadcom.
  • Bloom Energy Corporation BE rose 7.3% to $21.89.
  • CSG Systems International, Inc. CSGS gained 6.2% to $59.90. Japan’s NEC Corp is weighing a bid for CSG Systems, Reuters reported.
  • Starbucks Corporation SBUX gained 5.7% to $106.15 following better-than-expected quarterly financial results. Additionally, Wedbush raised its price target on the stock from $95 to $100, and Barclays raised its target from $119 to $124.
