A. Schulman Chief Financial Officer to Leave the Company

A. Schulman, Inc. SHLM announced today that Paul F. DeSantis, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary, will leave the Company. DeSantis, who joined the Company in 2006, has accepted a position as Chief Financial Officer of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. BOBE, a Columbus, Ohio-based company that owns and operates full-service restaurants under the Bob Evans and Mimi's Cafe brand names and is also a leading producer and distributor of a variety of food items under the Bob Evans and Owens brand names. DeSantis' last day with the Company will be February 28, 2011.
