Jefferies & Company Raises Monsanto Price Target To $60

Monsanto's MON 2010 U.S. yield results for corn and soy were slightly better than expected overall, Jefferies & Company reports, saying that with a favorable backdrop from agricultural prices likely to support sentiment into next year, it is raising its target $5 to $60, 18x calendar 2012E EPS. Monsanto currently trades at $62.30.
