Morgan Stanley Modestly Raises HNT EPS Estimates

Morgan Stanley is modestly raising its 2011/2012/2013 EPS forecasts on Health Net Inc. HNT to $3.00/ $3.28/$3.65 from $2.86/$3.20/$3.55, “reflecting our expectation for more meaningful commercial MLR improvement in 2011 and more share buybacks, partially offset by higher MA and PDP MLRs, as well as higher G&A costs.” Health Net closed Tuesday at 32.86.
