Oppenheimer has published a report on Comcast's CMCSA launch of Internet Essentials this fall.
In the report, Oppenheimer writes "Comcast announced its $10/month Internet Essentials broadband program will go live this fall. The program will be available to households making less than $20K/year and Comcast noted that every household that qualifies for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) will qualify."
