Bank of America has published a report on Verizon Communications VZ as update nears.
In the report, Bank of America wrote, "2011 guidance update We are looking for commentary with regard to 2011 EPS, margin, subscriber and capex trends. Guidance provided at YE2010 was predicated on the assumption of 11m iPhone units. We are looking for an update with regard to the trajectory of iPhone sales relative to this target. Wireless plan pricing implications. Verizon recently shifted to tiered data pricing for wireless subscribers. We are looking for management's
expectations regarding implications for smartphone adoption, ARPU, capex and data usage."
Bank of America rated Verizon a Neutral with a price target of $36.00. Verizon closed Wednesday at $37.33.
