Nike 4Q EPS Report Coming Wednesday (NKE)

Nike NKE management will announce 4Q10 results on Wednesday, June 23rd. Citi is estimating a 4Q EPS of $1.05, in line with consensus. Citi estimates total EPS for 2011 to be $4.40 vs $4.38 consensus. Citi expects Nike to post an 8% sales growth and gross margins to expand 250 bps. Citi also thinks that management will issue conservative guidance, as Europe's macroeconomic uncertainty and a weak Euro impacts profits. A Buy rating was reiterated by analysts, with a price target of $86.00. NKE is currently trading at $74.35.
