After reporting earnings that were below estimates, Citi maintained its Buy rating on Copa Airlines CPA today.
Copa reported second quarter earnings of $0.60, versus Citi estimates of $0.67. Revenues came in slightly higher that Citi has estimated.
Copa Holdings, S.A. is a Latin American provider of airline passenger and cargo service. Citi holds a $73 price target on the stock.
According to Citi analysts, "it seems difficult for the majority of competitors to match Copa’s service in an economical manner — matching convenience of routes, flight schedules, seat pitch, availability of business class service, in-flight meal service, and
entertainment, etc."
Shares of Copa are down more than 2.6% today, to $51.10.
