Morgan Stanley Upgrades Peugeot And Raises 2011 EPS Estimates

Analysts at Morgan Stanley upgrade PSA Peugeot Citroen SA PEUGF from "underweight" to "overweight." Morgan Stanley said the company provides exposure to the current European market conditions, where most of the market parameters have been better than expected. Investor confidence in UG is speculated to improve after the Paris Auto show in 2011. The investment bank has raised its 2011 EPS estimate by 76%. According to the analysts, the shares would rise in the longer term only if there was "radical strategic change." Morgan Stanley has lowered its 2010-11 EPS projections for Renault SA by 11% to reflect lower associate income profit from Nissan Motor Co Ltd NSANY. More Analyst Ratings here
