Jefferies Expects Ecolab to Trade More In Line With S&P 500

Jefferies published its report on Ecolab ECL expecting them to trade more in line with the S&P 500. In a note to clients, Jefferies writes, " We estimate a large hotel can support $80,000-$100,000 in Ecolab sales from laundry services, $75,000-$100,000 from warewashing, $20,000-$50,000 from pest elimination, $20,000-$80,000 from GCS (and as much as $200,000 if the hotel lacks maintenance staff), and $2,000-$3,000 from EcoSure." Jefferies maintains its Hold rating and $53 price target on ECL. ECL closed yesterday at $47.81.
