Goldman Sachs is out with a research note this morning, where its analysts suggest traders buy calls on Procter & Gamble PG ahead of the company's earnings report.
Goldman Sachs Consumer Products analyst, Andrew Sawyer, believes that PG is nearing an inflection point for fundamentals; he expects sales to accelerate over the next few quarters enabling PG to achieve double-digit earnings growth in 2011.
The analysts suggest buying the April $67.50 call for $0.79.
The Procter & Gamble Company is focused on providing consumer packaged goods. The company's products are sold in more than 180 countries primarily through mass merchandisers, grocery stores, membership club stores, drug stores and high-frequency stores, the neighborhood stores, which serve many consumers in developing markets.
