Goldman Suggests Buying Put Spreads on Kimberly-Clark (KMB)

Goldman Sachs is out with a research note this morning, where its analysts suggest traders buy put spreads on Kimberly-Clark KMB ahead of the company's earnings report. Goldman Sachs Consumer Products analyst, Andrew Sawyer, expects Sell-rated KMB to report weaker results (GS EPS of $1.14 vs Street $1.15) for the quarter and sees the potential for Street estimates for 2011 EPS to move down from $5.01 towards his $4.94. The analysts suggest buying the February $65/62.50 1x2 put spread for $0.60. Kimberly-Clark Corporation is a global health and hygiene company focused on product innovation and building its personal care, consumer tissue, K-C Professional and Other and health care brands.
