Goldman Sachs Upgrades Barnes And Noble To Neutral, Raises PT To $19 (BKS)

Goldman Sachs upgraded Barnes and Noble BKS from Sell to Neutral and raised Barnes and Noble's price target from $13 to $19 in a research report published today. In the report, Goldman Sachs states, "New analysis on the earnings power of the firm's Internet business, after a period of disappointing results, drives our more optimistic view of the firm's outlook. Also, stronger competitive standing for the core retail business should enhance valuation, in our view." Shares of Barnes and Noble were at $18.75 in Monday after hours trading, down 0.16% from Monday's market close.
