Goldman Sachs Reports On AT&T's Acquisition Of T-Mobile (T)

Goldman Sachs has issued a report on the acquisition of T-Mobile USA by AT&T T. According to the report, "AT&T announced a proposed agreement with DT to acquire T-Mobile USA in a deal valued at approximately $39 bn ($25 bn cash, $14 bn stock). As part of the proposed deal, DT receives around an 8% equity stake in AT&T. Subject to FCC and DOJ approval, the companies expect the deal to close in 12 months." AT&T closed at $27.94 on Friday.
