Citi On STR EPS Reports

Citi has issued a report regarding the EPS reported by Questar Corp STR. According to Citi, "STR reported recurring EPS of $0.39p/s versus both our estimate of $0.41p/s and the Street at $0.41. The miss was primarily caused by higher O&M as well as higher interest expense. STR reaffirmed 2011 guidance of $1.07- $1.11p/s." STR is Buy rated and has a $19 Price Target. STR closed at $17.34 yesterday.
