Early Bird Capital reiterated its Dynamics Research DRCO Buy rating and trimmed its Dynamics Research price target from $18 to $17 in a research report published today. In the report, Early Bird Capital states, "We believe that DRCO is well positioned given no surprises in the quarterly results and a stable outlook, given the backdrop of funding uncertainty in Washington D.C.
