Further, the customer was said to have been responding… While new Chief Merchant Jill Dean will not be able to influence the Spring, Summer and early Fall collections this year, we believe these changes are a step in the right direction in terms of offering trend-right and fashionable product that's appropriate and appealing to the target customer.” CWTR has a Neutral Rating and a $4 Price Target. CWTR closed at $2.64 a share on Friday.
