According to Citi, TreeHouse Foods

had a conference call with Citi. Citi reported that on the call, TreeHouse indicated that the company was seeking additional pricing on some of its products. “This is above our prior expectations, where we believed that raw materials had been hedged for 2011, and thus, TreeHouse required little pricing. The continued rise of inflation seems to have altered TreeHouse's trajectory, such that, some pricing is needed to recover higher costs. We are raising our target price on THS to $59 and maintain Hold.” TreeHouse Foods closed yesterday at $58.49.
