JP Morgan has issued a report reiterating the Overweight Rating on UnitedHealth Group UNH.
According to the report, "UNH reporting 2Q at $1.16 vs our/consensus $0.89/$0.88. Notably we (and some others) had incorporated a $0.15 earnings drag for an accrual that did not occur this quarter, and ex this, we would have been at $1.04 is the $1.16 reported. Driving the $0.12 (about 12%) upside was mostly lower med costs, while a lower tax rate added about $0.02."
UNH has a $52 Price Target and closed at $51.95 a share yesterday.
