According to Piper Jaffray, Panera Bread PNRA, EPS estimates are increased. Piper Jaffray increased EPS estimates of Panera Bread from $4.51 to $4.56 for FY11 and from $5.10 to $5.15 for FY12. PT of $148 and Overweight rating are maintained. Panera Bread closed yesterday at $129.28.
