BTIG Research analysts Alan Rifkin and Marvin Fong initiated coverage on 13 stocks in the Hardline/Broadline Retail sector Wednesday afternoon. The analysts initiated coverage on seven stocks with a Buy rating, four with a Neutral rating and two with Sell ratings.
"E-Commerce Remains the Irresistible Force in retail. While no one is immune, autoparts, home improvement, & dollar stores are insulated – we like this. Only three BTIG Hardlines companies have e-comm revenues over 10% of sales -- this needs to rise in the future," according to the BTIG analysts.
