UPDATE: Jefferies Upgrades ON Semiconductors to Buy, Maintains PT at $9.50

Jefferies upgraded its rating on ON Semiconductors ONNN from Hold to Buy. At the same time, the rating agency left its price target on the company's stock unchanged at $9.50. On Tuesday, ONNN added 6.84% to its value to finish the day at $7.34.
