Citi Investment Research Upgrades 3M To 'Buy' From 'Hold'

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) was upgraded on Wednesday to buy from hold by Citi Investment Research on account of 3M's (MMM) internal execution and ability to grow organically over the next nine to 12 months.

3M Co’s (MMM) target price was raised by Citi Investment Research to $92 from $84. The stock closed at $78.37 on Tuesday and is likely to soar following the upgrade on Wednesday.
