NTELOS Holdings NTLS has selected Alcatel-Lucent ALU to expand and upgrade its existing wireless broadband network in Hagerstown, MD. nTelos Wireless received funding for this project under the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Utility Service broadband stimulus program.
