Amerinet Signs New Agreement with Teleflex Incorporated for Arrow Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (TFX)

Teleflex Incorporated TFX has announced a new three-year agreement with Amerinet, Inc., a national healthcare group purchasing organization. Amerinet selected Arrow Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters as part of a multi source agreement. The new agreement begins May 1, 2011 and extends through April 30, 2014. The Arrow PICC product line includes the recently introduced Arrow EVOLUTION™ PICC with Chlorag+ard™ antimicrobial technology, the first Chlorhexidine-treated peripherally inserted central catheter with both intraluminal and extraluminal protection. Chlorag+ard technology provides broad spectrum antimicrobial protection against bacterial and fungal colonization.
