American Airlines Applies for Additional Brazil Frequencies

American Airlines AMR has filed an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation for the right to fly 10 additional U.S. – Brazil weekly frequencies that it will use to add service from its Miami hub. American proposes to increase its current service from Miami to Brasilia and Belo Horizonte, and to launch new service from Miami to Manaus.
